MOOSE LAKE, Minn. — The PBS NewsHour had been recently awarded unusual usage of Minnesota’s Intercourse Offender Program within the rural city of Moose Lake, MN. It is certainly one of two state-run facilities that house a lot more than 700 sex offenders.
